Well we are back from Germany and its straight back to work again at the bakery but this time with a difference. Yep I am now on a Baker's Apprenticeship. And just so you all know, this is not one of my cakes in the picture... We came into work a 4am to this beautiful surprise, yep it had been baking away all night, it couldnt get much more black than what it is now.So now i'm on the bread production side of things, learning lots of new things, and loving it...
Only one complaint, it's freezing back here. Yep lots of snow and very little sunshine.
